Win a Job Fast was created in 1999 in Dover, NH and the company moved to Tampa, FL in
2002. Larry LaBelle is the CEO of the company and he has been the brainchild of many
unique job search strategies, such as the Job Search Acceleration Group (JSAG) Workshop
and a Career Portfolio of Work Samples (created in 2005 way before anyone else thought
of it), and many more.

​Win a Job Fast uses an interactive questioning style (Socratic Method) in teaching that
helps job seekers master the concepts we are teaching. We also do regular exercises
throughout our workshops to give job seekers an opportunity to practice and master what they're learning.

Larry has a broad range of experience that allows him to help job seekers in a wide variety of industries and professions to get a job fast. He has also supported job seekers in numerous industries (see list below) and professions.

Larry also has experience as an Instructional Designer, Trainer, and Director of Training and can train and certify others as an Instructional Designer and Trainer as well. Likewise, he can provide training on the use of a Learning Management System (LMS) and a Learning Content Management System (LCMS) to provide a platform for managing the access and delivery of courses to the employees in a company. Larry has developed many successful instructor led training courses and eLearning courses as well for corporations he worked for and in his own business creating training for clients.

Larry can also design and create websites using Wix.com. He has helped many entrepreneurs develop their own company website using Wix.
​
Larry also provides training on all the Office 365 products and uses them on a daily basis in his business. Finally, he is an expert at delivering training using an interactive questioning style and a case study-based approach to training that allows students to be immediately productive back on the job.
​
He can also deliver a course to HR Staff in a company on how to Hire Grade A Talent & Keep Them and another course on how HR Staff can use Praise, Incentives, and Coaching to increase employee productivity.
